Kevin T. Slattery – President
Etchstone Properties, Inc. was founded in 1984 by Kevin Slattery who has grown the business from a sole proprietorship to the multi-million dollar company it is today. Kevin’s attention to detail, quality craftsmanship and customer service is second to none and is the cornerstone of the company’s success. His hands on approach instills in employees a commitment to address all issues openly, honestly and directly with the goal of doing the job right the first time.
His vast experience includes both residential and commercial construction projects ranging from single family starter homes, condominiums and custom homes to apartment buildings and commercial rental buildings. The company has also constructed numerous age restricted, single level detached and attached condominium projects.
A Nashua native, Kevin is a graduate of Bishop Guertin High School and served in the United States Army. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Home Health and Hospice Care, the Greater Nashua United Way and is Vice-Chair of the Greater Nashua Workforce Housing Coalition. His outside interests include running, rowing, and spending quality time at the seacoast. He and his wife of thirty-five years, Diane, reside in Nashua. They have two sons, Jameson and his wife Nicole, and Jaron and his wife Inga.
Jaron Slattery – Project Manager
As project manager, Jaron is responsible for on site performance of all residential construction projects of the company. His responsibilities include overall coordination and conflict management of land development, infrastructure, construction and customer satisfaction. He is a 2004 graduate of the University of Georgia with a degree in landscape architecture. Jaron is also a licensed construction supervisor in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. His outside interests include playing golf, sports of all kind and traveling with his wife. A recent newlywed, he and his wife Inga reside in Nashua.
Michael Powlowsky – Site Superintendent
A site superintendent with over twenty years of experience with Etchstone Properties, Inc., Mike has been involved at the ground level of numerous residential and commercial projects, managing employees and multiple subcontractors. His responsibilities include keeping the job on schedule and making sure that it runs smoothly and efficiently. His outside interest include antiquing with his wife, traveling and following his daughters busy softball schedules. Mike is a lifelong resident of Hudson and currently resides there with his wife Melissa and two daughters Nastasha and Mikayla.
