Etchstone is also a pioneer in New Hampshire's active adult market, completing more than six communities specifically designed for clients aged 55+ and 62+. Examples include Summerfield of Amherst, a community of single-level detached condominium homes with custom-designed floor plans incorporating many features as standard that are found elsewhere as upgrades. The most recent project is Mission Pointe in Hudson, a community for active adults aged 62 or more, scheduled to open in the spring of 2006.
